Additive AC 16101-M1

AC 16101-M1 is a low-foaming blend of long-chain organic dimer acids, neutralizable with amines or hydroxides for water-miscible or water-soluble corrosion inhibitors. It integrates easily into concentrates and is suited for water-miscible coolants, grinding fluids, and cleaners at a 5–15 wt.% treat rate. Designed to meet market standards, a 20 wt.% blend with TEA, MEA, and demineralized water passes the DIN 51 360-2 corrosion test at 2% concentration in 360 ppm hard water.
